We are passionate in our love of Costa Rica and are excited to provide you insider information on properties that our friends, neighbors, and other's have to offer. These folks have approached US to help sell their beautiful properties. We are honored and humbled by their trust and simply will act as "matchmakers", connecting you directly with them. Many real estate transactions in Costa Rica merely need a good lawyer. We purchased our own property this way and, if you like, can refer you to stellar professionals whom we know and trust to help complete your transaction.

We ask the sellers for a small "finder's fee" for these matchmaking services, so, in turn, you end up with considerable savings off your purchase price.
Allow us to introduce ourselves.
Oscar grew up in the jungles of this astounding country (a true "tico") who knows the backroads and secrets, especially of the beautiful central mountains and coast like the back of his hand. After living in the states for 20 years, he is happy to be back in "his" country and now lives on a delightful farm. Gregarious by nature, he enjoys showing visitors places that few vacationers ever get to see. Oscar has a wide swath of family, friends, business associates and acquaintances in the county - many of whom routinely turn to him to assist with advice on the sale of their properties.
Merrit is American with a degree in Management from Syracuse University. She owns an on-line business, has real-estate holdings of her own, and currently travels the world home and pet-sitting for high-end clients. She and Oscar have known one another for 12 years, both as friends, property owners, and business developers. She lived among the local people of Costa Rica for three years, speaks fluent Spanish, and is well-connected to the ex-pat community in the central part of the country.
